The skills that I use are to support and explore different levels of feelings and emotions that maybe underlying your problems.


Maybe you are experiencing Low Moods and Depression and that your life feels limited. These kinds of feelings are often expressed.

could help you. Relationship Counselling can not only relieve the Stress, but would allow the space that you need to unravel sometimes difficult feelings in your relationships.

This kind work would be focused upon how you feel in your relationships and allows time for you to decide how to proceed.
